This is the blog of Reversed Lens Photography, a studio in Portland, Oregon that employs a fresh, natural take on boutique photography. We work primarily with children and families, seniors, and weddings. RLP is two artists: winter_in_asia and elamine. Notes on Style

While we do both enjoy more artistic photography, the bulk of the photos posted here employ a more photojournalistic style of photography. Some of these pictures may end up looking like snapshots to you. That's just the way it is. We're not going for cheesy grins or long, soulful glances; we capture people as they are, in the moment. If you want more artistic stuff, go through our archives. There's some there. We promise.
